Before the court is Defendants Face-book, Inc. (“Facebook”) and Mark Zucker-berg’s (collectively, “Defendants”) motion to dismiss (Mot. (Dkt. # 30)) Plaintiff John Martin Ralls’s first amended complaint (FAC (Dkt. #9)). The court has considered Defendants’ motion,1 the relevant portions of the record, and the applicable law.
