MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON MOTIONS TO DISMISS INVOLUNTARY PETITIONS

The above-named alleged debtors are involved in separate bankruptcy proceedings, each of which was commenced by the filing, pursuant to § 303 of the Bankruptcy Code 1 , of an involuntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Code. 2 In each instance, the same three creditors brought the petition and, in each case, each creditor’s claim against the separate debtors is based upon the identical transaction or judgment.
