OPINION AND ORDER
PENCE, District Judge.
This concerns an appeal from an Order of involuntary liquidation under Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code. The petitioning creditors are Z-R Corporation, Dora Kong, and Stanley Shin. Petitioners filed their creditors’ petition seeking entry of an order for relief in the bankruptcy court on January 31, 1983. 1 Underlying the involuntary petition was a dispute between the three petitioners and Central Ho-bron Associates (CHA) over the performance of a complex real estate sales transaction in which CHA was the buyer and Kong, Z-R Corporation,…
