Norman B. Shultz and Addie Alice Shultz were husband and wife, residing in Page County, Iowa, and had three children: Jessie, Joseph and George Shultz. Addie Alice Shultz brought suit for divorce against her husband, and decree of divorce was granted on the first, day of September, 1908. In the divorce decree a stipulation was entered into by the parties. This stipulation and decree is material in this case insofar as they relate to the 120 acres of land in section 33, township 69, north, range 40 west, Of the 5th P. M. in Fremont County, Iowa, involved in the controversy in the case now…
