delivered the opinion of the court.

This appeal is prosecuted by Katherene M. Elliott to reverse a decree of the Circuit Court sustaining the general demurrers of all the appellees to her hill in chancery and dismissing the same for want of equity, she having elected to stand by her bill.

The bill sets forth, in substance, that appellant in August, 1894, was duly married to one Henry Curtis Elliott and that during her married life with him she largely supported herself by her occupation of china and other painting, and by giving lessons in painting, and saved by…
