The petitioner, Bruce Zoilo, appeals following the habeas court’s denial of his petition for *756certification to appeal from the judgment dismissing his second amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We dismiss the appeal.

On May 18, 1993, the petitioner was convicted of kidnapping in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-92 (a) (2) (A), attempt to commit sexual assault in a spousal relationship in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-49 and 53a-70b, and two counts of sexual assault in a spousal relationship in violation of General Statutes § 53a-70b.1 Thereafter,…
