This matter is before the Court pursuant to an adversary proceeding commenced by Sarasota CCM, Inc. (the “Plaintiff’) against the debtor, Catherine M. Kuncman (the “Debtor”) seeking relief under Section 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code. The Plaintiff seeks to except from the Debtor’s discharge a pre-petition State Court judgment.
