Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment (“Motion”) by the Plaintiff, Indo-Mediterranean Commodities, Ltd. (“IMUK” or the “Plaintiff’), seeking the entry of judgment that the debt owed to it by the Debtor-defendant, John Thomas Wisell (the “Debtor”) is non-dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4) and (a)(6).
