Before the Court is an adversary proceeding commenced by Deborah Chitester (the “Plaintiff’ or “Chitester”), in her capacity as administrator of the estate of Alexander Watterson, seeking a determination that a $4,860 pre-petition judgment she holds against her brother, Eric Wat-terson (the “Debtor”), is nondischargeable under §§ 523(a)(4) and (6) of the Bankruptcy Code.
