Plaintiffs Sehiffer Publishing Ltd., The Connecticut Quilt Search Project, Shirley Friedland, Constance Korosec, and Leslie Pina bring this action against Defendants Chronicle Books, LLC and The Ivy Press Limited alleging violations of the Copyright Act, Lanham Act, and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), as well as state-law claims for unjust enrichment and unfair competition.
