Currently, before the Court is Defendants Lewis and Roca, LLP’s 1 Motion to Dismiss. (Dkt.# 11). After reviewing the motion and hearing oral argument on Oc tober 20, 2005, the Court issues the following order.
I. Factual Background
Pamela Thompson, resigned as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer of YP.net in May, 2002. Compl. ¶ 17.
