This appeal is from the judgment of the Common .Pleas Court of Franklin County entered June 15, 1972. Incorporated in the entry is the order of the court which dismissed the plaintiff’s complaint upon a motion of the defendant, and as well, the “decision” of the court upon which the order was predicated.
