Facts

The Watertown Housing Authority (W.H.A.) has instituted three summary proceedings in this court based on nonpayment of rent as provided under RPAPL 711 (2): Watertown Hous. Auth. v Kirkland & Baia (Index No. 21216LT [Kirkland/Baia)), Watertown Hous. Auth. v Bagby (Index No. 21217LT) and Watertown Hous. Auth. v Nelson (Index No. 21213LT).
