The plaintiff, C. A. Karlan Furniture Company, Inc., commenced this replevin action against Robert A. Richardson, Helen Richardson, his wife, and William H. Henderson, defendants, by. filing a petition and/or bill of particulars in the court of Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas.
