I. INTRODUCTION
Pro se plaintiff Dr. Gerald Geldzahler (“Plaintiff’ or “Dr. Geldzahler”) brings this action against New York Medical College (“NYMC”), Dr. Joseph Morales, and Dr. Jay P.
