This is a suit brought by the family and estate (collectively, the “Donahues”) of Michael J. Donahue (“Michael Donahue” or “Donahue”) against the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), the United States of America (“USA”), and four former FBI agents, John J. Connolly, Jr. (“Connolly”), John M. Morris (“Morris”), Lawrence Sar-hatt (“Sarhatt”), and Robert Fitzpatrick (“Fitzpatrick”).
