SUMMARY
This Patent case is before the Court for trial without a jury whereby plaintiff corporation charges defendant corporation, Long Manufacturing Company, with infringements of its patents. Claims of direct infringements are said to arise out of the manufacture and subsequent sale of the Long “Silent Flame” tobacco harvesters by the defendant, Long Manufacturing Company. W. E.
