REINHARD, Judge.

Movant appeals after the denial of his Rule 27.26 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

On March 26, 1981, movant pled guilty 1 to charges of first degree assault and exhibiting a dangerous and deadly weapon. He was sentenced to a term of 25 years’ imprisonment. In January 1987, movant filed a Rule 27.26 motion which was amended following appointment of counsel.
