On January 24, 2007, this action was dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction on grounds that defendant GE Multilin (“Multilin”), named in plaintiffs initial Complaint and First Amended Complaint, was an indispensable party to this action and a foreign entity, as is plaintiff CP Solutions PTE, Ltd.
