Defendant brings forward four assignments of error on this appeal. First, defendant contends that the trial court erred in failing to dismiss the charge of first-degree sexual offense since the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction. Second, he contends that the trial court erred in failing to dismiss the charge of first-degree kidnapping since there was insufficient evidence of a removal separate and apart from the sexual offense.
