This is an appeal on questions of law. There are six assignments which embrace the claimed errors of the trial court: (1) That the judgment is against the weight of the evidence; (2) that there was no evidence to support the judgment of divorce; (3) that if there was any evidence to support the granting of the divorce, there was no corroboration; (4) that as a result of the granting of the divorce, the custody of the son, Donald Buess, was confided to the defendant; (5) that the value of the real estate was fixed by witnesses not qualified to testify thereto; and (6) that irrespective of the…
