Plaintiff-Appellant Shawn F. Cooper appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee United Parcel Service, Inc., on his race and disability discrimination claims. Cooper alleges that the Defendant-Appellee failed to make reasonable accommodations for his disability, took adverse employment actions against him on the basis of his race and disability, and retaliated against him in response to his claims of discrimination.
