Thomas Svienty, a minor, sued the Pennsylvania Railroad Company to recover damages for personal injuries suffered as a result of defendant’s alleged negligence in the use, storage and disposal of switch heaters, and recovered a verdict for $55,000 upon which judgment was entered. Defendant’s motions for a directed verdict, for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial were denied, and it appeals.
