BUCKLO, District Judge.
On September 28, 1995, Magistrate Judge Martin Ashman issued a report and recommendation recommending that this action be transferred to the Western District of Kentucky in response to defendant’s motion. No objection to Judge Ashman’s report has been filed. I have reviewed the issues de novo and agree with Judge Ashman’s careful and well-reasoned decision which is hereby adopted as the opinion of the court.
