MEMORANDUM
LUONGO, District Judge.
Dr. Regina Flesch filed the complaint in this sex discrimination case on December 21, 1976. Defendants moved to dismiss the complaint on a number of grounds, and I entered an order on June 23, 1977, dismissing several portions of the complaint. See 434 F.Supp. 963 (E.D.Pa.1977). On December 7,1977, the three remaining defendants filed a suggestion of mootness. Document No. 16. This very brief statement simply asserted, with no citation of authority, that a recent arbitration award had made plaintiff whole, and that her civil rights action was therefore moot.…
