The matter before the Court is a contested motion by the Debtor-in-Possession for approval of a settlement with the Dow Chemical Company and Hoechst Marion Roussel, Inc. involving those parties’ objections to the Debtor’s Motion for Approval of Settlements with various insurance companies in which both the Debtor and the other companies are co-insureds.
