OPINION ON THE MOTION TO MODIFY EXCLUSIVITY

ARTHUR J. SPECTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.

This is a contested matter as described in F.R.Bankr.P. 9014. It is within the jurisdiction of this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157(a) and is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A).
