THOMAS, Judge.
Charles L. “Chuck” Baldwin and Sylvia K. “Katie” Kelly, a husband and wife doing business as Baldwin Construction Company (“the builders”), appeal from a judgment in favor of Michael Panetta and Sharon Panetta (“the owners”). We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand the cause with instructions.
The builders sued the owners, alleging breach of a construction contract and seeking to enforce a lien on the owners’ property pursuant to § 35-11-210, Ala.Code 1975. The owners answered and counterclaimed, alleging breach of contract, negligence, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and…
