Before the Court is State Farm Fire & Casualty Company's ("State Farm") Motion for Summary Judgment against Plaintiff John Brown's ("Mr. Brown") breach of contract claim. (Doc. 32). Also before the Court is State Farm's Motion To Strike. (Doc. 50). The parties have completed briefing these motions, and they are ripe for review. (Docs. 48, 49, 55, 56).
