Miguel Gomez appeals from judgments of conviction for the willful, knowing, and unlawful possession with intent to distribute of a controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); and for importation of a controlled substance into the customs territory of the United States from a place outside thereof, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 952(a).
