City of Detroit v. Spivey

Plaintiff filed suit against defendants in common pleas court, seeking reimburse ment for workmen’s compensation paid to one of plaintiffs employees. The suit was removed to Wayne County Circuit Court and consolidated with an action defendants had previously filed against plaintiff for injuries suffered in an accident involving plaintiffs bus. The circuit court, on defendants’ motion, ordered plaintiffs suit for reimbursement dismissed. Plaintiff appeals that order.
