MEMORANDUM OPINION
FULLER, District Judge.
Plaintiff filed suit against the City of Montgomery in August of 2001. She alleges that defendants deprived her of certain rights provided to her by the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution by her arrest on a domestic violence charge. Plaintiff seeks a remedy for the alleged violations of her constitutional rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1988.
