FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND MEMORANDUM ORDER
STEWART, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This matter came before the Court for a Rumery 1 hearing to determine if Plaintiffs Release-Dismissal Agreement should be enforced as a bar to this § 1983 action.
Plaintiff brings this § 1983 action against the officers involved in his arrest and the prosecuting attorney, alleging violations of his rights in connection with his arrest and subsequent plea bargain.
