This is a civil action brought pursuant to Section 4 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 15, to recover treble the damages allegedly sustained as a result of a conspiracy in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1. The plaintiff Braun (hereafter, the plaintiff) appeals from a judgment of the District Court for the Southern District of Texas in effect dismissing the action as barred by the four-year statute of limitations applicable to civil antitrust suits, § 4B of the Clayton Act, as 'added by Act of July 7, 1955, c. 283, § 1, 69 Stat. 283, 15…
