STEVENS, J.:

¶ 1 Joey Michael Beltz appeals from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County following his conviction for sexual assault. 1 We affirm.

¶ 2 Beltz, a student at Lebanon Valley College, was accused of sexually assaulting a classmate in September, 2000. At trial, Beltz admitted to having intercourse with the victim, but maintained that it was consensual. The victim testified to the contrary.
