This is an original proceeding in prohibition to prevent respondent, as Judge of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, from assuming jurisdiction of a case filed in said court entitled Harold Gillam, plaintiff, v. Cummins Missouri Diesel Sales Corporation, defendant. Plaintiff is a resident of Jefferson County, and defendant is a foreign corporation licensed to do business in the State of Missouri, with its sole office and place of business in St. Louis.
