Plaintiff Sioux Falls Pizza Company, Inc. (“Sioux Falls Pizza”) sued Defendant Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. (“Little Caesar”) after Little Caesar gave notice that it deemed Sioux Falls Pizza not to have the right to renew its agreements to operate Little Caesar franchises beyond May 30, 2011.
