This matter arises out of a controversy between two sisters, Nelda Hoover and Opal Trowbridge, concerning the validity of their father’s will. The trial court, after a three-day trial, admitted the will to probate, pursuant to the petition of its proponents, Opal Trow-bridge and her husband, Logan Trowbridge. Prior to the admission of the will, Nelda Hoover had been appointed representative of their father’s intestate estate. She appeals, urging first that at the time of the execution of the will the decedent lacked testamentary capacity, and, second, that he was subjected to undue influence…
