The order, among other things, denied in part plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and for dismissal of the counterclaims of defendant Cambridge Square Condominiums against plaintiff.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously modified on the law by granting that part of the motion for dismissal of the counterclaims of defendant Cambridge Square Condominiums against plaintiff in their entirety and dismissing those counterclaims…
