Plaintiff, Evergreen Implement, Inc., (hereinafter called “Evergreen”) and defendants, Ralph Plank and Janet Plank, his wife (hereinafter called “Plank”), brought this action for specific performance of a contract for the *413sale of certain real estate. From a judgment granting specific performance, defendants appeal.
