This cause comes before the Court on consideration of Terri L. Steffen’s Motion for Rehearing and Renewed Request for Oral Argument (Doc. # 31), filed on March 30, 2009, and the Government’s response thereto (Doc. # 32), filed on April 3, 2009. Upon due consideration of the parties’ submissions on this issue, the Court finds it appropriate to grant Steffen’s motion for rehearing as to this Court’s March 20, 2009, Opinion (Doc. #30).
