By order dated May 21, 2013 (213 NJ 523, 65 A3d 254 [2013]), the Supreme Court of New Jersey disbarred the respondent for, inter alia, knowing misappropriation of client funds, agreeing with the majority in a 4-3 decision by the Supreme Court of New Jersey Disciplinary Review Board (hereinafter DRB).
