THIS CAUSE comes before the Court the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment. 1 This case involves individual plaintiffs, as well as corporate plaintiffs, Regency Properties of Boca Raton, Inc. (“Boca House”) and Awakenings of Florida, Inc.
