This case came to the Superior Court upon a presentment by the grievance committee of the New Haven County bar association alleging that the defendant, a member of the bar of that county, had been guilty of professional misconduct, and asking that he be directed to appear before the court and show cause why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined.
