Defendant Arthur Perry appeals his conviction after jury trial for violating the Uniform Controlled Substances Act — possession of heroin with intent to deliver. - He appeals. We affirm.

The controlling facts are these. On August 11, 1972, Seattle police officers served a warrant on defendant to search apartments No. 203 and 204 and a storage closet near the main entrance of the Royal Crest apartment house, 1820 24th Avenue, Seattle.
