Plaintiff, Dolores Yvonne Cadenhead, brought suit against her husband, Robert Walton Cadenhead, III, in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City, seeking a divorce, alimony, the custody of the parties’ minor son, an allowance for the support of the child, and for attorneys’ fees.
