[ 342] In this divorce suit the trial court has dismissed the husband’s petition and granted the wife a divorce upon her cross bill and awarded her ■ $30,000.00 alimony in gross, and additional attorneys’ fees. In their petition and cross bill both parties, as grounds for divorce, rely solely upon “such indignities to the other a$ shall render his or her condition intolerable.” Mo. R. S. A., Sec. 1514.
