DOERNER, Commissioner.
This is an appeal by plaintiff, Byron B. Gross, from an order sustaining the motion of defendant, Vivian Gross, for an allowance of attorneys’ fees and suit money in connection with a suit for divorce. The parties effected a reconciliation before the action was tried. On a prior motion for alimony pendente lite, suit money, and attorneys’ fees, the lower court had allowed defendant the sum of $750 for attorneys’ fees “on account”, and $150 for suit money. By the order from which this appeal was taken the court below allowed defendant an additional sum of $216.26 for suit…
