Defendant Sandra Davis Lawrence appeals from a judgment of conviction of the first degree murder (Pen. Code, § 187) of Rubye Williams following a jury trial. The issues raised on appeal are: (1) the failure to instruct the jury to consider evidence of the motive and opportunity for someone other than defendant to commit the murder; (2) the failure to order a diagnostic report pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.03; and (3) the failure to grant defendant’s Hitch motion (People v.
