RADER, Chief Judge.

In this spent nuclear fuel case, the United States Court of Federal Claims entered a damages judgment in favor of PlaintiffAppellee Pacific Gas & Electric Company (“PG & E”). Because the new judgment accounts for the proper causation times and principles, this court affirms the trial court’s decision.
